MARINE SAFETY ACT 2010 - SECT 271E

S. 271E(1) amended by No. 34/2023 s. 127(Sch.  1 item 7.150(a)).

    (1)     Safe Transport Victoria must issue guidelines specifying how an applicant may demonstrate that the applicant has the competence and capacity to provide a prescribed service.

    (2)     Guidelines issued under this section must be published on Safe Transport Victoria's Internet site.
