MARINE SAFETY ACT 2010 - SECT 298H

Unless authorised under this Part, Safe Transport Victoria or a relevant person must not—

        (a)     disclose relevant information; or

        (b)     use the person's knowledge of relevant information.

Penalty:     120 penalty units.
