Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) An application for the granting of a general operator licence made under section 116 of the Marine Act in respect of which the Director has not made a decision before the commencement day is, on and after that day, taken to be an application for a general marine licence under section 53.
(2) An application for the granting of a restricted operator licence made under section 117 of the Marine Act in respect of which the Director has not made a decision before the commencement day is, on and after that day, taken to be an application for a restricted marine licence under section 54.
