MONASH UNIVERSITY ACT 2009 - SECT 35

The University—

        (a)     may acquire by purchase, gift, grant, bequest or devise any property for the purposes of this Act; and

        (b)     may agree to and carry out any conditions of any such acquisition, gift, grant, bequest or devise; and

        (c)     has control and management of all property vested in or acquired by the University; and

        (d)     may dispose of property of the University.
