NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL (VICTORIA) ACT 1995 - SECT 2

Commencement

    (1)     Part 1 comes into operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

    (2)     The remaining provisions of this Act come into operation on a day or days to be proclaimed.
