NATIONAL GAS (VICTORIA) ACT 2008 - SECT 63

    (1)     This section applies despite anything to the contrary in—

        (a)     the National Gas (Victoria) Law; or

        (b)     the Rules; or

        (c)     an applicable 2018–2022 access arrangement.

    (2)     Subject to this Division, an applicable 2018–2022 access arrangement continues in effect until 30 June 2023.
