Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) For the purpose of allowing a person to move cattle to an area surrounded by land that is part of the park described in Part 46 of Schedule Two, the Minister may, in writing, grant that person a right to move cattle through the park along the route specified by the Minister.
(2) A right under this section is subject to any conditions that the Minister thinks fit to impose.
(3) For the purpose of allowing a person to exercise a right under this section, the Minister may exempt that person from any regulation affecting the park.
