OWNERS CORPORATIONS ACT 2006 - SECT 143E

Appointment of the manager of an owners corporation

Despite section 119(1D), an owners corporation under this Part may appoint a person as the manager of an owners corporation for a period exceeding 3 years (but not exceeding 5 years).
