Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If an owners corporation decides not to take action under this Part or to apply to VCAT for an order in respect of an alleged breach, it must give notice of the decision to any person who made a complaint under section 152 in respect of the alleged breach.
(2) The notice must set out the reasons for the decision.
