OWNERS CORPORATIONS ACT 2006 - SECT 6

An owners corporation has—

        (a)     all the powers conferred on the owners corporation by—

              (i)     this Act or the regulations; or

S. 6(a)(ii) amended by No. 36/2011 s. 14.

              (ii)     the Subdivision Act 1988 or the regulations under that Act; or

              (iii)     any other law; or

              (iv)     the rules of the owners corporation; and

        (b)     all other powers that are necessary to enable it to perform its functions.
