OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2004 - SECT 180

Amendment of section 38 (Duty to notify incidents)

This Act, as amended by section 12 of the amending Act, applies to all offences against section 38 committed on or after the date on which section 12 of the amending Act comes into operation.

New s. 181 inserted by No. 48/2017 s. 26.
