Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Minister must make publicly available the criteria for determining which applicant is most deserving of a greenhouse gas assessment permit.
(2) Criteria under subsection (1) must consist of, or include, criteria relating to proposals for work and expenditure in relation to the block or blocks concerned.
(3) Criteria under subsection (1) may include criteria relating to any or all of the following matters—
(a) economic matters;
(b) commercial matters;
(c) public interest matters.
(4) Subsection (2) does not limit section 300(3).
