OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2010 - SECT 450
Variation of greenhouse gas special authority
The Minister may, by written notice given to the registered holder of a
greenhouse gas special authority, vary the greenhouse gas special authority.
