OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2010 - SECT 500
Minister may monitor the behaviour of a greenhouse gas substance stored in a part of a geological formation
(1) The Minister may carry out in the
offshore area operations for the purposes of monitoring the behaviour of a
greenhouse gas substance stored in a part of a geological formation.
(2) Subsection (1) does not limit the
executive power of the Minister.
