OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2010 - SECT 559

Exemption from duty

Duty under the Duties Act 2000 is not chargeable—

        (a)     on a title; or

        (b)     on a transfer of a title; or

        (c)     on any other instrument in so far as it relates to a legal or equitable interest in or affecting a title.
