Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) This section applies if a company applies under section 577 to have its new name substituted for its previous name in the Register in relation to a particular title.
(2) If—
(a) the Minister is satisfied that the company has changed its name; and
(b) the company has paid the prescribed fee—
the Minister must make the necessary alterations in the Register.
