OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2010 - SECT 60

An employee in the public service of Victoria must perform any function which the Minister, as the Designated Authority in respect of the Commonwealth defined offshore area, or as a member of the Joint Authority, requires the employee to perform in relation to the Commonwealth Act.
