OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2010 - SECT 605

Making a false entry in the Register

A person must not knowingly—

        (a)     make a false entry in the Register; or

        (b)     cause a false entry to be made in the Register; or

        (c)     concur in the making of a false entry in the Register.

Penalty:     60 penalty units.
