Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) An officer or employee of this State, or of a public authority of this State, may perform any function and exercise any power delegated to him or her by the CEO under the Commonwealth Act.
(2) In performing a function or exercising a power under the delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the CEO.
