OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2010 - SECT 739

    (1)     This section applies to regulations made for the purposes of any of the following—

        (a)     section 734(2)(c);

        (b)     section 735(2)(c);

        (c)     section 737(2)(c);

        (d)     section 738(2)(c).

    (2)     The regulations may make provision for fees relating to—

        (a)     making information available to a person; or

        (b)     permitting a person to inspect a sample.
