OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2010 - SECT 760
Minister may make information or samples available to another Minister, a Minister of a State, the Northern Territory or the Commonwealth
The Minister may make documentary information or an eligible sample available
to—
(a) another Victorian Minister; or
(b) a Minister of the Crown in right
of another State or of the Northern Territory; or
(c) a Minister of the Crown in right
of the Commonwealth.
