Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Without affecting any other method of serving documents on an incorporated limited partnership, a document concerning the business of an incorporated limited partnership may be duly served on the partnership if it is left at, or sent by post addressed to, the registered office of the partnership for the time being shown in the Register.
(2) This section does not apply to a document relating to proceedings before a court.
