PIPELINES ACT 2005 - SECT 10

Certain pipelines exempt

Despite section 9, this Act does not apply to—

        (a)     a pipeline specified in Schedule 1; or

        (b)     a pipeline declared under section 12 to be a pipeline to which this Act does not apply.
