Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A licensee must not in any year operate a pipeline unless the prescribed pipeline operation fee for that pipeline has been paid in respect of that year.
(2) The pipeline operation fee may be prescribed at a rate for each kilometre or part of a kilometre of pipeline operated under a licence.
