Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsAn owner and an occupier of land (other than a licensee) is entitled to be paid compensation by a person to whom approval for third party access to an easement over the land is given under section 123 for any additional loss or damage incurred by the owner or occupier as a result of that access.
