PIPELINES ACT 2005 - SECT 176

Refusal or failure to comply with requirement

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a requirement of an inspector under this Division.

Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, 240 penalty units;

In the case of a body corporate, 1200 penalty units.
