Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) An owner or occupier of land to which an application under section 22 relates may advise the Minister of their reasons for refusing to agree to the entry of the proponent onto the land for survey purposes.
(2) An advice under subsection (1) must be in writing and must be made within 7 days after the owner or occupier receives the copy of the application under section 23.
