PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION ACT 2004 - SECT 55

Meetings and procedures of Advisory Board

    (1)     The Secretary to the Department of Premier and Cabinet is the chairperson of meetings of the Advisory Board.

    (2)     Subject to this Act, the Advisory Board may regulate its own procedures.
