Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Nothing in this Division empowers the Commission to conduct, or the Premier to direct the conduct of, an inquiry into any exercise by a body of a function that is of a judicial or quasi-judicial nature.
(2) The conduct of an inquiry into any matter relating to a body that exercises functions that are of a judicial or quasi-judicial nature must not in any way impede the exercise by the body of those functions.
