Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The board of a public entity must provide to the Treasurer or the Minister administering section 44A of the Financial Management Act 1994 , at a time and in a manner specified by that Minister, any financial information requested by that Minister.
(2) A request under subsection (1) must be made in writing.
(3) A Minister who makes a request under subsection (1) to a public entity must notify the Minister responsible for that entity of that request as soon as practicable after making it.
