Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A Department Head is not subject to direction in relation to the exercise of his or her employer powers referred to in section 18 in respect of any individual but must act independently.
(2) This section has effect despite section 12 but is subject to any other express provision to the contrary in this Act.
