PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION ACT 2014 - SECT 58

    (1)     The Information Commissioner may treat a complaint referred to the Commissioner by the Ombudsman under section 16I of the Ombudsman Act 1973 as if it were a complaint made under section 57(1).

S. 58(2) repealed by No. 20/2017 s. 82.
