Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) VCAT must commence hearing a complaint within 30 days after its referral to VCAT if the complaint was referred to it by the Minister under section 65.
(2) VCAT, constituted by a presidential member, may extend the period of 30 days under subsection (1) by one further period of not more than 30 days.
