Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Before a responsible authority makes a decision in respect of an application for a permit in accordance with section 61 , the responsible authority may request the Minister to decide the application.
(2) If the Minister agrees to the request, the responsible authority must refer the application to the Minister and must not proceed further with the application.
