Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsA person employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 who is authorised by the Secretary either generally or in a particular case may communicate information that comes to the person's knowledge in the exercise of the person's powers or authorities or the discharge of the person's functions or duties under this Act or under any scheme or agreement between the States and Territories of the Commonwealth relating to the movement of material to which this Act applies to—
(a) an officer or authority of a State or Territory of the Commonwealth administering a corresponding law; or
(b) any department or authority of
the Commonwealth that the Secretary specifies.
