Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) An order under section 36 remains in force for a period of 12 months or any shorter period that is specified in the order, unless sooner revoked.
(2) The Minister may from time to time, by notice published in the Government Gazette, extend the duration of an order for any period or periods not exceeding 12 months.
