Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf the results of an examination under section 97(b) of plants or plant products or a sample sent to the laboratory or place show that the plants or plant products are not affected by a pest or disease and that their sale or importation is not prohibited under this Act, the inspector must immediately release or return the plants or plant products to the owner or consignor or the person in whose possession the plants or plant products were found (whichever is appropriate).
