PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2008 - SECT 108

    A pest control operator must keep records containing the prescribed details for the prescribed period.

Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, 10 penalty units;

In the case of a body corporate, 50 penalty units.
