Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) This Division applies in respect of any proceedings in an action referred to in section 151 or 152 commenced on or after the day on which this section comes into operation.

(2) Sections 154 and 155 apply in respect of any donation of blood or tissue in relation to which the donor signs a statement on or after the day on which this section comes into operation.
