Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) An authorised officer may be assisted by any person in exercising a power under an authorisation given under this Part.
(2) A request for assistance by a police officer must be made to the Chief Commissioner of Police or a delegate of the Chief Commissioner of Police.
