PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2008 - SECT 183
Offence to hinder or obstruct authorised officer
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, hinder or obstruct an
authorised officer who is exercising a power under this Act or the
regulations.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
