Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If, on 16 December 2021 a pandemic declaration is in force, the appointment of an authorised officer under section 30(1A) that was in force immediately before 16 December 2021 continues in force on and after that day as if the appointment had been made, on the same terms, under section 30(1) as permitted by section 165CN.
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the reference to section 30(1A) is a reference to section 30(1A) as notionally inserted by section 250 of this Act as in force immediately before 16 December 2021.
