Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Minister may, by a direction in writing, require the Secretary or the Chief Health Officer to conduct a Health Impact Assessment of the public health and wellbeing impact of a matter specified in the direction.
(2) A direction under subsection (1) may specify the period within which the Health Impact Assessment is to be completed.
