(1) Integrity Oversight Victoria in its annual report for a financial year under Part 7 of the Financial Management Act 1994 must include—

(a) information about how to access the procedures established by Integrity Oversight Victoria under Part 9 of this Act;
(b) for the financial year—

(i) the number and types of assessable disclosures made to Integrity Oversight Victoria;

(ii) the number and types of assessments made by Integrity Oversight Victoria under section 31 to determine whether a disclosure is a public interest complaint;
(iii) the number and types of disclosures notified to the IBAC under section 21(2);

(iv) the number and types of public interest complaints referred to Integrity Oversight Victoria by the IBAC;

(v) the number and types of public interest complaints investigated by Integrity Oversight Victoria;

(c) any recommendations made by Integrity Oversight Victoria under section 63 during the financial year;
(d) for each of those recommendations, the action taken by the relevant body in relation to the recommendation;

(e) the number of applications for an injunction made by Integrity Oversight Victoria under section 50 during the financial year.
(2) The matters required to be included in the report under subsection (1) are—

(a) in addition to the matters required to be included in the report under section 91 of the Integrity Oversight Victoria Act 2011 ; and
