Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) An Implementation Monitor is entitled to be paid the remuneration and allowances that are determined by the Governor in Council and specified in the instrument of appointment.
(2) The remuneration of an Implementation
Monitor cannot be reduced during the Implementation Monitor's term of
office unless the Implementation Monitor consents
to the reduction.
