PORT MANAGEMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 49B

A Pricing Order may—

        (a)     confer functions and powers on, or leave any matter to be decided by, the Commission; and

        (b)     be of general or limited application; and

        (c)     differ according to differences in time, place or circumstances.
