PORT MANAGEMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 88ZN

Return of identity cards

If a person to whom an identity card has been issued ceases to be an authorised officer, the person must return the identity card to the port of Melbourne operator as soon as practicable.

Penalty: 60 penalty units.
