Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe amendments made to the Instruments Act 1958 by section 144(1) of this Act are not to be taken to affect the validity of an old non-enduring power of attorney and the law as in force under the Instruments Act 1958 immediately before the commencement of section 144(1) is taken to continue to have effect in relation to the old non‑enduring power of attorney.
