POWERS OF ATTORNEY ACT 2014 - SECT 53
Attorney does not have decision making capacity
If an attorney under an enduring power of attorney becomes a person who does
not have decision making capacity for the matters to which the
enduring power of attorney applies, the power of attorney is revoked so far as
it gives power to that attorney.
