Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsA Code of Practice prepared by the Minister and published under section 7 as in force immediately before the date of commencement of section 4 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Amendment) Act 2000 is, on that commencement, deemed to be a Code of Practice made by the Governor in Council and published under section 7 as amended by section 4 of that Act and may be varied or revoked accordingly.
